Your safety and well-being are our top priority at all times. Fortunately, Sardinia is still among the Italian regions least affected by the virus and the entire community is respecting the rules imposed by the government to contain the pandemic. In particular, no positive cases have been recorded in Porto Rotondo.

We inform you that the hotel is 15 minutes from the Giovanni Paolo II Hospital and 20 minutes from the Mater Hospital (Covid Hospital). Besides, medical service is available on site 24/7, so is express transfer service to the hospital.

Lastly, we are pleased to inform you that our doors will reopen on May 15, 2021, and we look forward to welcoming you with our usual 5-star hospitality.

Extraordinary measures

We are living through an extraordinary time, hence we implemented extraordinary measures in order to offer guests and employees the highest levels of service and support.

  • Staff

    All our staff are undergoing refresher courses and training and are equipped with gloves and masks, so that they can take care of each guest in the utmost respect of security measures. Common areas are constantly kept clean, in particular the handles, handrails and buttons in lifts.

  • Check-in

    This reception service includes a welcome drink and is organized on our open-air terrace overlooking the sea. All documents will be requested in advance so that we have the necessary information for registration and you can start enjoying your holiday right away.

  • Communication

    On arrival you will be asked for a mobile number so that we can communicate with you quickly, by phone or WhatsApp.

  • Rooms

    They are sanitized and cleaned with specialized products. Sheets and towels are washed at almost 200°F and alcohol gels are provided so that all surfaces can be kept clean and disinfected at all times.

  • Room Service

    You can order your breakfast and dinner via message the night before, telling us what you would like and the delivery time.

  • Dinner

    Reservations to dine in our four restaurants are taken in advance by the staff in the dining room and at the reception, so as to ensure maximum safety, distance between tables and care of service.

  • Bar

    For those who wish to enjoy an afternoon refreshment, an aperitif or a digestif after dinner, our bar is set up to serve you safely. We have increased the spacing of the furniture in our lounge and terrace to ensure social distancing.

  • Supplies

    All incoming goods are subjected to strict sanitary protocols and, once in the hotel, are checked and pre-stored in a dedicated environment, where they are disinfected before entering the processing or distribution areas.

  • Spa

    All our therapists are undergoing testing and all massage rooms are disinfected according to the strictest sanitary protocols, before and after each treatment. Access to the Spa are limited to clients who have booked, and bookings are spaced 15 minutes from each other.

  • Beach

    Beach umbrellas are 13 feet spaced from each other to ensure increased safety. We provide our guests with a ‘beach service’ to enjoy salads, drinks, aperitifs and snacks on their loungers.
