Morning brings breakfasts served on a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Local specialties such as “papassini” and “acciuleddi” are served alongside cakes freshly baked each morning, as well as bread from ancient grains and pastries from our pastry chef.

Lovers of fruit and vegetables can enjoy extracts, smoothies and freshly squeezed fruit juices, to accompany a selection of dishes prepared to order by our chefs with eggs, cold

cuts and local cheeses.
At sunset, dinner awaits after a long day by the sea: the à la carte menu offers traditional Mediterranean dishes and specialities of the day, which our chefs prepare to order in the open kitchen.

During the week, Chef Filippo Fondatori holds themed evenings offering you the chance to taste the specialities of typical regional cuisines.
