The large dining room is dedicated to breakfasts each morning, with a buffet offering local sweet delicacies such as papassini buns, acciuleddi honey twists and seadas fried pastries alongside the 5-star continental breakfast, much loved by regular visitors.
Dinner is served at sunset to guests who, after a long day at the beach, can choose their favourite dishes from either the varied buffet
including 2 show cooking stations, or from the à-la-carte menu. Besides, the dining room filled with people will offer you a beautiful panorama over the sea as the sun goes down.
The Sardinian cuisine will be the leading player with the Thursday menu, when the buffet will be enriched by the traditional local dishes, along with polyphonic choirs of the island.
